UFOs Over San Diego 2/27/08

This was apparently part of a big sighting over California! Following is some of the description provided by the person who shot the video:

"This was filmed from little Italy facing west. This footage is just part of what we saw on and off for about 5 minutes around 730pm. We saw another one again about 10 minutes later. The lights looked like they had a fire-like tail as if it were a meteorite entering the atmosphere. But later on we saw that they were descending too slowly for that and were too big of lights to be flying lanterns. The lights looked like they were just a few miles west of the coronado base or point loma. Pay special attention after second 12, how the lower light leaves a tail of debris that looked a little bit like thos palm tree fireworks."

Flu Merging With Pneumonia and MRSA Pneumonia Present Deadly Threat

Hospitals are filled to capacity all over the country! These are just the types of conditions medical experts have been warning us about with respect to the Bird Flu outbreaks occurring all over the globe. It seems the flu pandemic, Bird or otherwise, is already here!

Illinois: "The flu season has really hit the Tri-States hard. You may remember, we told you a couple of weeks ago that 75 percent of patients who went to the walk-in clinic at Quincy Medical Group were diagnosed with the flu. I found out just how bad the flu is affecting area hospitals. We've heard reports the flu has hit some hospitals so hard that flu patients have filled up most hospital beds...35 percent of the patients admitted are in for respiratory problems."

Texas:"The hospital reached full capacity Tuesday afternoon, and for the first time in its history, some patient transfers were turned away. The hospital was not accepting adult transfer patients from regional hospitals and direct transfer patients from physicians."


Florida:"Four emergency rooms recently had to turn patients away in Marion County. Meanwhile, Osceola Regional Medical Center said its ER has seen at least 60 more people at day come through its doors in the past few days, which is too many for the hospital to handle alone."


In a too little, too late effort the CDC is recommending that all children be vaccinated against the flu in the future. Why the certain concern? No one is saying outright what's happening but our constant observation of the news is leading us to believe that it's the secondary infections related to flu that are the real concern, specifically a new and very deadly phenomenon: MRSA Pneumonia.

Recently two deaths of young men have occurred in the Pacific Northwest prompting a warning from officials which may well turn out to be the flu shot heard round the world: "MRSA pneumonia, a relatively new infection that wasn't on national health officials' radar until about five years ago, is rare, but it may also be on the increase, health officials say."

The now well known community acquired, skin contact version of MRSA is dangerous enough but a deadly, anti-biotic resistant form of bacteria being coughed from the lungs has even more potential to be pandemic. Coughing, of course, creates an aerosol of deadly little bugs that spread much wider than skin contact.

Health officials must be frightened by what they are seeing this flu season: young, healthy people unable to fight off the flu. Hopefully, the actions they are taking are not too late, but the overuse of antibiotics in the past may have already sown the seeds of a deadly phenomenon.

What can you do to protect yourself? Do everything you can to remain healthy, the basic things like good food and lots of clean water. We highly recommend that if you are sick stay home from whatever you think needs tending. Wash your hands...such a simple solution to so much suffering.

August UFO Sighting Belgium, Similar to Sighting Over Stratford Upon Avon of July 2007

We've discovered another interesting UFO video from Europe. This object is strikingly similar to a triangle that appeared in a globally published sighting that occurred over Stratford Upon Avon back in July of 2007. This video was purportedly filmed in late August of 2007. Please see our blog entry of August for video of the ufo sighted over the UK.

Bridgend Open To Gates of Hell? More Evidence For a Satanist Connection to the Bridgend Suicides.

All you have to do is listen to the lyrics of this strange little song we found on YouTube. The tags for the video include "Bridgend", "South", "Wales" and a URL on the video points to a GeoCities site for a place called Noddfa Dance Club. Careful, when you visit the site you get a pop-up asking for your name! We suggest you do not enter your name and hit "cancel" instead. According to the site the Noddfa dance club is: "...a disco dance club which is run every Tuesday and Thursday by Tracey Newman, who is the Dance Instructor. It's run at Noddfa Chapel in Caerau for the 5-18 year olds. Noddfa Dance is run by Noddfa Youth Club."

We find this song a little bit unusual for a "Youth Club". You decide.

Bridgend Suicides and The Red Dragon

A mysterious wave of suicides is occurring among the youth of Wales with a 17th reported today according to an article from the TimesOnline: "Experts are to be sent into every school in Bridgend as part of an urgent strategy drawn up to halt the spate of suicides in a small area of South Wales that claimed a 17th young victim yesterday." For months officials have been arguing that the suicides are connected, even looking at the now infamous social networking sites as the source of some suicide club where suicide has been "romanticized" as an acceptable way of opting out of the problems of everyday life. Officials have yet to pin down a common cause. An ongoing suicide event such as this only supports our claim that something is happening to people these days. We don't claim to know what that something is; but the oddity and the seeming palpable evil of this ongoing suicide event, the recent spate of massacre/suicides in the U.S. and other strange events recurring around the globe have us convinced that some unknown or unrecognized force is the unifying cause.

Coincidentally, or not, it has been much publicized in recent weeks that the Vatican is launching a global attack on demons, i.e. Satan. While no official pronouncement was made according to reports: "The Vaticans chief exorcist, Father Gabriele Amorth, has revealed that Pope Benedict XVI is setting up exorcism squads to deal with the rampant growth of Satanism." The Vatican may feel it is best to sneak up on evil without making a big deal about it. Numerous reports are cropping up in media around the world regarding exorcism centers being set up, especially in Poland, where it is estimated that no less than 70 priests are proficient in the ancient art.

Satan is referred to in the Christian Bible's Book of Revelation as the "red dragon". We refer you back to an article we posted months ago in which we referred to an unusual homily delivered by Pope Benedict on the day of the feast of the Assumption of the Virgin Mary into heaven. In that homily he focused on the evil of the red dragon, and its growing power in today's society. Oddly synchronistic, on that very same day a massive earthquake occurred in Peru during which many of the dead were killed in a single church celebrating mass on the holy occasion of the Assumption. Also, on that same day, NASA released information that the red giant star Mira had been discovered as having a long tail.

The flag of Wales features the red dragon; it's origins are lost to history. The mysterious spate of suicides are occurring under this flag in Bridgend Wales and they might well be a sign to those who are observant that perhaps the red dragon is making its power known to the world.

Bridgend Wales has a long history. According to Wikipedia.org: "Several burial mounds have been found in the vicinity of Bridgend suggesting that the area was settled before Roman times. The A48 between Bridgend and Cowbridge has a portion, known locally as "Crack Hill", a Roman road. The Vale of Glamorgan would have been a natural low-level route west to the Roman fort/harbour at Neath (Nidum) from settlements in the east like Cardiff and Caerleon"

Crack Hill, has a storied history of association with folklore and among that is that we find stories of the "devil on the Crack." We have quoted two stories from a book that is available for your perusal online. The following comes from page 163-64 of the book:

"Crack Hill, on the high-road leading from Bridgend to Cowbridge, Glamorgan is credited with peculiar and uncanny associations. An aged Welshman related his personal experiences, and he was a native of the district. The second narrative was proffered by an Englishman, as stranger to the neighbourhood, and he did not now anything about the story told by the Welshman. The former told me he went to Bridgend for some goods which could not be obtained on that day, and he had come home without them. He assured me that he did not indulge in "pipe or pot," and was perfectly cheerful when leaving Bridgend in the late autumn twilight. He walked briskly until he reached the foot of the Crack, and then began the ascent. As he went upward he found walking unusually heavy work. Yet the road was dry and hard, and particularly agreeable for walking. He therefore thought that either he was more tired than usual or lazy; so he tried to adopt a better pace, but he could not. To make matters worse, night was approaching. When half-way up the hill something, he knew not what, seemed to spring upon his back, and afterwards pressed heavily between his shoulders. In the starlight he looked over his right shoulder, and saw a shape clinging closely to him. Being a strong man, he promptly endeavoured to shake it off, but it pressed heavier than ever. He felt great difficulty in proceeding on his journey, and the effort brought a "heavy sweat" to his forehead and face. When just at the top of the hill he groaned with agony, and so great was his distress that he cried aloud: "O Lord, I pray Thee, deliver me of this burden!" While uttering these words he crossed his arms upon his breast. Instantly he was relieved of his load. Turning round to see if anybody had been playing a practical joke on him, he saw in the starlight a huge shape, which looked like a "great bundle," or a "fat, short man" enveloped in a dark wrap. The shape rolled rapidly down, and fell into a disused quarry at the foot of the hill. Immediately afterwards the sound of a loud explosion was heard, and from the depths of the quarry sparks of fire shot up and were scattered across the road. He hastened home, and when he related his experiences to an aged neighbour, the latter said he remembered his father telling a similar story of the "devil on the Crack." [C.D.]

The second version of this story was told by a civil engineer, who had never heard the above narrative. He said he had engaged a horse and a trap at Bridgend hotel to convey him to Cowbridge, when the Taff Vale Railway extension was being made to the last-named town. Unaccompanied, he started rather late in the evening, and it was quite dark when he reached the foot of the Crack Hill. The sky was obscured, but occasionally the moon shone through the cloud-rifts. The carriage-lamps were lighted, and he was in a very cheerful state of mind. Soon after beginning the ascent the horse became very restless, and snorted vigourously from time to time. By-and-by somebody or something appeared to be thrown into the back of the trap. Thinking it to be an intrusive traveller, he called out, but there was no response. He whipped his horse, but the animal was hardly able to struggle upward and toiled as if under a very heavy weight. Nearing the top of the hill, the horse made a desperate effort, and then stood still. The civil engineer descended from his seat, and, to his amazement, he found the horse quivering, as if panic-stricken. Looking down the hill, he saw in the fitful moonlight a monstrous bundle rolling downhill, where it fell into the quarry. It was followed by a loud explosion and sparks that were scattered across the road. The civil engineer had never heard the old story, and was much interested when, in 1896, I related the Welshman's account of of his experiences with the "devil on the Crack."

Arms of Evil, The Possession of Steve Kazmierczak

The tears of Kazmierczak's girlfriend seem to be real, but we wonder...are her eyeballs working properly? In a recent interview she expressed her shock and disbelief that the boy she new so well had committed the college campus murder spree in Illinois. This carnage is perhaps the most puzzling of all America's recent massacres because the killer's motive remains a mystery. Unlike most young people, Kazmierczak apparently hadn't left his life story pasted all over the Web on ego gratification sites and even the laptop computer found in the hotel room had had the hard drive removed from it. It almost appears that our murderer intentionally wanted to create a mystery wrapped in an enigma. In this case there seem to be no clues; or are there?

Immediately upon seeing these images of tattoos on the killer's arms we were reminded of the recent push by the Vatican to bump up it's global drive to exorcise demons. Perhaps they know something we don't. Our killer may have intentionally dialed up the powers of evil by engraving his body with these obviously frightening and, more perniciously, evil symbols. In this case where the murderer seemed to transfigure himself in a matter of days, we may be looking at a case of demonic possession.

Many believe the pentagram to be a powerful, satanic symbol. It's origins are ancient, however, and once symbolized the five wounds of Christ suffered during His crucifixion. Over time, the pentagram has become associated with evil. In the case of this particular tattoo, the pentagram is inverted which is commonly associated with satanism: the three downward points of the star symbolizing a rejection of the Holy Trinity.

Everyone involved with the young man from teachers to girlfriend appeared genuinely shocked upon hearing their onetime friend had somehow turned into a monster right before their eyes. Yes he had a reputation for being “erratic” and a “worrier” but who isn't a little worried and erratic these days? He was purportedly on withdrawals from anti-psychotic drugs, but their prevalence and over-use make this conjecture of a murder-trigger little more worthy than any of the rest. Had someone just looked at his arms they may have had some insight into what was happening.

The power of symbols doesn't make sense to the post-Enlightenment mind. Yet for centuries, man has faithfully used them for intentions both good and evil. With the heightened energy flowing through every facet of creation in these times, one might expect the poles of good and evil to become farther apart and more intense. During the Apocalypse Times choose your tattoos carefully.

Ice Age?

“Global warming” has become the buzz/fear phrase of the 21^st century, tossed around much like “flower power” was in the sixties. Few give the concept much credence now as it has devolved from a science to a philosophy to a cult. While many climate scientists feel that the impact of man's exhaust fumes is evident as the cause of current rapid melt-off of ice in both polar regions of the globe, others dispute the theories in many ways including:

1. Espousing that the biosphere of the Earth is just too powerful and dynamic for tiny, little us to have a tangible effect.


2. Denying the claim altogether as a conspiracy of left-wing tree huggers.


3. Claiming this rapid warming is a precursor event to a whiplash of global cooling or new Ice Age.

Of interest to us at the Apocalypse Times is the changes themselves, especially the rapid melting of ice cover at both poles. No matter the cause, the phenomenon is occurring! The argument is about what will be the consequences? We fear that Mother Earth is way smarter than we assume and will sustain herself by balancing things out with cold wave, an ice box or a quick fix for global warming...In other words an Ice Age.

This winter has been extremely strange around the globe, most notably the freakish weather occurring in China where millions were herded like cattle in apocalyptic scenes. Train stations in China turned into prisons guarded by the military. Millions of people unable to go anywhere because of mass transit chaos created by the worst winter weather in the region in decades.

In a recent story from NASA's Earth observatory it was noted that this winter in SW Asia has, in many places, been 20 degrees Celsius cooler.

“The extreme winter conditions were the worst in decades in both Afghanistan and Tajikistan. In Afghanistan, the cold left more than 750 people and 230,000 cattle dead, reported Reuters. Many families rely on cattle for food security, and their loss will likely cause great hardship. Tajikistan was similarly taxed by the severe cold. Even as cold temperatures increased the demand for electricity, power production decreased when inlet streams feeding hydroelectric power plants froze, said the United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs on February 11. Tajikistan derives 76 percent of its electricity from hydropower, said the UN. The power shortages left urban areas without heat.”

The winter weather also devastated crops in China and, with world food supplies teetering on the edge already, we are predicting food shortages and food price inflation to continue and to spread to even the First World. When a major player in global food production has problems, we all have problems.

Another oddity, the current solar cycle is off to a very slow start. The sun has been blank for days or weeks, no sunspots at all. For quite some time now scientists have been warning that the upcoming solar cycle will be the most active in recorded history, cautioning that satellites vital to our communication and security could be damaged by massive streams of solar particles smacking into Earth's atmosphere. So what if they're wrong? What if the dependable solar cycle we have recorded as repeating every 11 years just doesn't happen? If the sun were to take a cycle off, the result might well be an Ice Age. There has been a correlation with sunspot cycles and Earth's climate in the past. "Incidentally, the Sporer, Maunder, and Dalton minima [sunspot cycles] coincide with the colder periods of the Little Ice Age, which lasted from about 1450 to 1820. More recently it was discovered that the sunspot number during 1861-1989 shows a remarkable parallelism with the simultaneous variation in northern hemisphere mean temperatures (2)."

Whatever the outcome, it certainly seems that climate models, predictions and estimates made by experts are all over the place. The Earth it seems has a mind of its own and defies attempts of her stewards to control or predict her. It's best just to be prepared for anything in The Apocalypse Times!

Marian Apparitions: Out of This World

Marian apparitions could well be contact from another world. If you believe that the spirit is eternal, or that we are being visited by sentient beings from other worlds as "real" as this one, you may want to consider the phenomenon of these apparitions, which have been well documented over many years, as evidence that we are not alone. Today is the eve of the 150th anniversary of the apparitions of the Virgin Mary at Lourdes and on this occasion we invite you to explore the controversial topic.

The Blessed Virgin Mary, sometimes abbreviated "The Blessed Virgin", is a name used specifically by Roman Catholics and others to describe Mary, the mother of Jesus Christ. Implicit in the concept, is the virginity of Mary. The Roman Catholic Church also believes that The Blessed Virgin plays a continuing role in the church as well as the daily activities of her followers. Under the decrees of Vatican II Mary was designated as an "Advocate" or intermediary to the ultimate redeemer Jesus Christ. She is described as the "generous associate and humble handmaid" to Christ; and it is through her conception and nourishment of Christ and her compassion for Him as he died on the cross that, in the Catholic Church, she has been enshrined as "our mother in the order of grace."

We here at The Apocalypse Times, have been fascinated with the phenomenon of Marian Apparitions for years. Having spent much time researching the apparitions at Fatima Portugal, we believe there is something of substance to be gleaned from such events, and have decided to exhibit some of the information here so that our readers can explore on their own. We are not Catholics, nor is it our intention to promote the Catholic Church.

We believe that revelation is an important tool in building man's spiritual development. To think that God would not speak to us directly, through Christ or even His "Advocate" in modern times, is ridiculous. The Bible is full of many examples of revelation in ancient times. Why would God have stopped talking to us today?

Many of the messages that have come through Marian Apparitions are full of love. They ring true in many ways. Some of them are prophecies, such as the Three Secrets of Fatima which were fulfilled. Some, like the Third Secret, were surrounded by controversy when the world was let down by the seeming insignificance of the official Vatican release of its contents. The Third Secret was kept from public view for decades, and was believed to be of great significance. When it was revealed that it contained a prediction of the attempted assassination of Pope John Paul II, many felt that this event did not warrant the years of suppression. Many still feel that the Third Secret of Fatima is still being kept from the public.

We find it ironic, that the Catholic Church who has for many years suppressed the role of women in the church has, through the promotion of the Blessed Virgin, given Woman a prominent role in religion as an intermediary for Christ and God. We find it entirely believable that God would put the strongest example of love, a mother's love, before us as an example to follow. If you've ever looked for a metaphor of God's love, how about the convicted murderer's mother who invariably says to the press, "My son didn't do it. He has a good heart. He's innocent. I love him no matter what." We are convinced this is the same love that God has for all of us.

The apparitions at Fatima took place in 1917, when the world was embroiled in the plague of death we call World War I. The Blessed Virgin appeared to three poor, young, and uneducated children in a small village in Portugal. In Mary's regular visits, she revealed three secrets to the children which were eventually to be released to the world.

Lourdes

The apparitions at Lourdes France, like Fatima, were also made manifest to a child: a fourteen year old girl named Bernadette Soubirous. In no less than 18 appearances little more was revealed beyond the apparitions request that a chapel be built upon the site, that prayers of penance be said and a promise was made to Bernadette that she would be happy in the next world. With each appearance the crowds grew considerably. Today, Lourdes is a huge shrine and a pilgrimage site to the sick who seek healing from its miracle-giving spring.

Did A Woman's Prophecy Foretell the Stephenville UFO Sightings?

The Stephenville Texas UFO sightings have taken yet another bizarre turn as we first discovered on a blog called the British X-Files. A short blurb on the site included a link to a Christian site which had what appears to be very accurate prophecy fortelling the sightings. We quote:

"I see Texas ablaze and a stunning star, like the star from the east rising over the land. I hear the Spirit of the Lord saying to: 'Watch for cosmic signs and wonders in Texas.' He said there will be a cosmological phenomenon that scientists cannot explain, and the media
will carry as front-line news."

"People will begin to ask about 'the Light.' They will remember the Child in the manger; the Lord is calling His Church to tell them about the Child in the manger and the Man of the Cross. *For a period of _four months--from Christmas to Easter_--there will be a window of opportunity for salvations, signs, healings and wonders in Texas, and this season of extraordinary favor and grace will manifest and be confirmed in unusual cosmic occurrences.*"

"'As God's fellow workers we urge you not to receive God's grace in vain.' For He says, 'In the time of My favor I heard you, and in the day of salvation I helped you.' I tell you now is the time of God's favor, now is the day of salvation." 2 Corinthians 6:1-2

The original post appears on a religious site calling itself The Elijah List. It's author, Catherine Brown, claims to have made the original prophecy quoted above on 11-11-2007. She has another site called Gatekeeper Global Ministries on which we were unable to find this particular prophecy referring to the appearance of a star over Texas. We were able, however, to find this mention of Dallas Texas becoming a spiritual focus in some future event. We contacted Catherine and she was kind enough to respond:

Here is the first word I received about Dallas, Texas (March 2006) along with a subsequent article (which includes the prophecy about the signs in the sky). I've received a number of letters about the signs but I am only pasting one here - it was the first one I received in December.

Catherine: My name is (unpublished) and my family and I live in San Antonio, Texas. As I went outside early this morning and looked up into the clear sky, I saw the "stunning star" that you prophesied about in the word posted on the Elijah List. It is a beautiful star with beams of light extending out from the center. I have never seen anything like it. I woke my family up to see it and showed them the prophecy. My daughter has the best camera in the house and she took some pictures. Without a better lens, the pictures really don't do show the star as it really is. After my daughter has the opportunity to edit the photo, I'll email you the picture. Of course, the media will likely get better pictures of it.
I don't know if anyone else has reported this to you, but I just saw it and wanted you to know. Thank you for being faithful.

Apocalypse Is Not "The End", It's The Unveiling

Everyone is hopping all over the word Apocalypse as if it were a nice, big, long, all-encompassing, super-powerful, end-of-the-world, super-word; well, it ain't so. We've been writing of, and thinking of, the Apocalypse for a long time, not in such terms as the catastrophic end of human existence but as the precursor of a great spiritual awakening. The Apocalypse comes from an old Greek word:

etymology apocalypse--c.1384, "revelation, disclosure," from Church L. apocalypsis "revelation," from Gk. apokalyptein "uncover," from apo- "from" (see apo-) + kalyptein "to cover, conceal" (see Calypso). The Christian end-of-the-world story is part of the revelation in John of Patmos' book "Apokalypsis" (a title rendered into Eng. as "Apocalypse" c.1230 and "Revelations" by Wyclif c.1380).

Apocalypse is the reverse of a cover-up, the anointing of every conspiracy theorist's dream; it is the Alpha and the Omega. The Apocalypse is a "good thing". The four horsemen have a hard job, after all, dragging that heavy veil off of our eyes. The Vatican sees the problem, recently unveiling a special Apocalypse exhibit to remind us that even their version of the "Truth" will be wiped away.

So, what makes you think being a mogul in whatever dreamworld really matters?
